Booking details checklist
Once you and the performer are happy to talk, print this page and fill it in together. Each of you keeps a copy. The website does not save it, and it does not book anything.
This is a checklist, not a contract or legal advice. The Celtic Coo isn't a party to any agreement. Please use your own agreement.
Date. The day of the performance or competition.
Set times. When to arrive, when the set or competition starts, and when it finishes.
Fee. The amount you both have in mind, and when it is paid.
Deposit. Whether there is a deposit, how much, and when it is due.
Cancellation. What you both want to do if the date changes or someone has to cancel.
Travel. Who covers travel, and from where.
Sound or equipment. What the venue provides, and what the performer brings.

Nothing is booked yet. The Celtic Coo only makes the introduction, and contact details are shared once you and the performer both agree. We never publish a minor's name.
